Chang Lang Beach, Trang : the Fantastic Beach of the lower Andaman



shellAlthough the name “Chang Lang” is not as well known as Pak Meng Beach of Trang, it is the same area that stretches from Pak Meng Beach before reaching Chao Mai Beach of Had Chao Mai National Park.

Chang Lang Beach: Chang Lang Beach in the evening, looking towards the sea, will see Khao Meng located at Pak Meng Beach lies in tranquility. This is the color of the wonderful Chang Lang Beach.

Each island is different beauty, the beauty of Chang Lang Beach is not completely blocked.
Pakmeng Beach is regarded as a center of travel in the Trang Sea. In high season, in the morning and evening, tour boat  actively transferring tourists on this pier. Pakmeng beach is not only interesting as a pier, the image of this beach that has two mountains have become the landmark of Trang. Furthermore, the beach line that stretches not far from Pakmeng Beach is one of the most beautiful in Thailand.

Another tourists attraction with the ancient drawing of the pre-historic people at Bae Na Mountain in front of the beach.

Chang Lang Canal, where the emerald fresh water flows into the dark blue sea. There is a small bridge across the canal and a few fisherman’s houses in front of the beach.

crabAttractions: From Pakmeng Beach, center of Trang Sea, along the beachfront road, those can admire the beautiful view of the Trang sea shade of the pines. Pakmeng Beach extends to Chang Lang Beach, if not called by the other name , is the same beach, with similar characteristics. Chang Lang Beach begins at Amari Trang Beach Resort and ends at the office of Had Chaomai National Park.The approach along the long beach of white clean sand and the bridge that crosses the canal Chang Lang is peaceful. Strange that fresh water in the canal that flows to the sea at this beach does not bring the soil sediment to destroy thewhiteness of it. The water is clear and clean, as if it were distilled through the mangroves, the color is emerald green, the flows to the blue sea , like a cross between two different waters is very beautiful. There is a small fishing village at the end of the canal, this area is another point of view, pleasant setting.

Skirting further on the beach, those will Had Chaomai National Park. The beach that stretches along the office is bright silver and walk slowly towards the sea. During low tide, the strips well done on the sand by the waves appear, shaded by pine trees, a walk can be taken from here onto Khao Baena.

Is said that just taking a camp under the pines in Had Chaomai National Park, those can experience the nature that is worth it. At Khao Baena, there is some remaining of pre-historic wall paintings. At the foot of the hill is the source of sea grasses, the main food for the sea cows . The beach at Khao Baena has a nice view point of view impressive sunset.

Chang Lang Beach: Though rested near Pak Meng Beach, the natural feature of the beach is different. The sand here is very clean and white of crystal clear water and shallow sea. Besides swimming, tourists can visit other islands not far from shore such as Koh Muk (Morakut Cave),  Koh Chuak, Koh Waen, Koh Ma, Koh Kradan and Koh Ngai.
